General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

ALPENLODGE FUCHSBAU

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations, bookings and accommodation agreements concluded between Zechner GmbH, Boden 45 6707 Bürserberg, with its operating location at Alpenlodge Fuchsbau, Boden 45, 6707 Bürserberg, Austria (hereinafter referred to as the "Accommodation Provider"), and the guest (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest" or "Contracting Party").

By completing a booking, the Guest accepts these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

In addition, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) shall apply unless otherwise stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The accommodation agreement is concluded once a booking (made in writing, by telephone, electronically or through a booking platform) has been confirmed by the Accommodation Provider.

A legally binding agreement shall only come into effect upon receipt of a written or electronic booking confirmation issued by Alpenlodge Fuchsbau.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include statutory VAT and applicable charges, but exclude the local tourist tax unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Accommodation Provider is entitled to request a deposit (e.g. 30% of the total booking amount) upon conclusion of the agreement.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

Payments can be made by bank transfer, debit card or credit card.

4. Arrival and Departure

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure

Late check-out may be subject to an additional charge.

If the Guest occupies the apartment after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, the Accommodation Provider is entitled to request a payment guarantee (e.g. credit card details).

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted in writing by email to servus@alpenlodge-fuchsbau.at.

Unless different cancellation conditions are specified in the booking confirmation, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation

• 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking price

• 13 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking price

• 6 days or less before arrival, or in the event of a no-show: 90% of the total booking price

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

In the event of early departure or late arrival, no refund shall be granted.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Guest

The Guest agrees to treat the apartment and all shared facilities with due care and respect.

Any damage occurring during the stay must be reported to the Accommodation Provider immediately and must be compensated by the person responsible.

The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.

Pets are only permitted by prior arrangement and with the express consent of the Accommodation Provider.

7. Liability

The Accommodation Provider shall only be liable for damages caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

No liability is accepted for valuables unless they have been expressly handed over to the Accommodation Provider for safekeeping.

The Guest is liable for any damage caused by themselves, accompanying guests or visitors.

8. Data Protection

All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

9. Force Majeure

If a stay cannot take place, or can only take place under restricted conditions, due to unforeseeable events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, official government orders or similar circumstances), no entitlement to compensation shall arise.

Payments already made will, where possible, be credited or applied towards a future stay.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Austrian law shall apply, excluding the conflict-of-law provisions of international private law.

• The place of jurisdiction shall be the competent court in Bludenz, Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.

• Any amendments or additions to this agreement must be made in writing.

• Should any individual provision of these General Terms and Conditions be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
